EITI MIME COURSE YEAR 1 & 2
Eagles Mime Course Year 1 is a one-year intense, in-depth training program for those who desire to go to the next level in their ministry and grow in their relationship with our Lord Jesus. EIMI will consume a large portion of your time.
Eagles Mime Course Year 2 is a one-year intense, in-depth training program for those who desire to go to the next level in their ministry and grow in their relationship with our Lord Jesus. EIMI Year 2 is equipped to bring out the Licensed Instructor within you. While this course will consume a large portion of your time, the greater question is “Are you ready to commit to developing your call in the ministry of Mime?” – You can do it!
Eagles Mime Vision:
- To equip the saints for the work of the ministry of Mime. “Be imitators of me, just as I also am of Christ” 1 Corinthians 11:1.
Eagles Mime Goals:
- To provide a solid biblical theology in both power and practice.
- To impart the gifts and anointing of the Holy Spirit.
- To share wisdom, experience, and a working knowledge of the ministry of Jesus Christ.
- To help students understand their calling and destiny in Christ.
- To help and encourage them to walk into that destiny.

Minister Leslie Billups has been involved in the dance ministry for 21 years. She began dancing in July 2000 with Harmonious Voices for Christ Praise Dance Company, under the leadership of Co-Pastor Alicia Dudley, where she is currently serving as the Team Administrator. Although she became interested in the ministry of Mime in 2008, it was not until 2010 that she began to truly accept the Call that God has placed in her life.
Leslie decided to move on and further her studies of the Worship and Arts Movement in October 2013 by completing several courses through Eagles International Training Institute. Leslie is a 2017 graduate of the EITI Mime Year 1 Course. She currently serves as the Mime Instructor for the Mime Year 1 & Year 2 Courses under the Eagles International Training Institute. She also serves as the TEN (The Eagles Network) Mime Director, TEN Regional and State Leader, and TEN Mime Site Leader.
Education: Leslie obtained her Associate of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Kaplan University in December 2010 and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education & Special Education from Grand Canyon University in April 2016.
Personal/Business: Leslie is the proud founder of various entities, including a new small business owner of LB’s Locs and Braids. She is also a Senior Consultant for Thirty-One Gifts and daily expanding her mind in entrepreneurship.
Above all these things, Leslie has been blessed and favored with a few of the many blessings that God has in store for her. Leslie’s favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know that plans I have for you, saith the Lord, plans to prosper and not to fail. To give you hope and a future.” She believes and continues to have Faith that God will give her total healing and all the desires of her heart. Leslie resides in Gloucester, Virginia, with her amazing husband of 20 years, three talented and anointed children.
